Who we are

A distributor that behaves like part of your project team.

Most finish problems are not material problems. They are lead-time problems, submittal problems, and coordination problems that surface three weeks before substantial completion. Fevasa was built by people who spent years on the other side of that phone call.

We hold stock locally in Northbrook, quote from real inventory positions, and stay on the job through installation. Owner and principal Cathy Corona reviews every project over 10,000 square feet personally, and you will have her mobile number before the first pallet ships.

  • Same-day budget pricing, sealed quotes inside 48 business hours
  • Submittal packages formatted to CSI Division 09 conventions
  • Bonded, insured installation partners — COI issued before mobilization
  • Attic stock stored free for 12 months on contracts over $25,000

Capabilities

Five services that cover the whole finish package.

Take all of it or take the piece you are short on. Most clients start with procurement and add specification support on the next project.

01

Specification support

Product research, performance comparisons, sustainability documentation and CSI-formatted spec language written against your actual substrate and traffic conditions.

02

Material procurement

Competitive sourcing across 40+ mills and manufacturers, verified lead times, dye-lot and run control, and consolidated purchase orders with a single invoice.

03

Warehousing & logistics

38,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled storage in Northbrook, staged releases by floor or phase, and lift-gate delivery windows that match your hoist schedule.

04

Installation management

Vetted union and open-shop crews, moisture and flatness testing, daily field reports and a punch walk with your superintendent before we call it complete.

05

Maintenance programs

Written care protocols, chemical compatibility charts, annual refinishing schedules and warranty administration for facility teams that inherit the floor.

How we work

A process that assumes the schedule will change.

Because it always does. Every step below has a documented hand-off, so when a slab pour slips two weeks nobody has to reconstruct what was ordered and why.

Full process detail

Scope & takeoff

We measure from your drawings, flag substrate risks, and return a quantified takeoff with waste factors stated in writing.

Selection & samples

Three price tiers per finish, physical samples couriered within two business days, sustainability data attached.

Submittals & release

Formatted submittals, dye-lot reservation, and a released production schedule tied to your look-ahead.

Deliver & install

Staged delivery, moisture testing, daily field reports, punch walk, attic stock logged and stored.

Fevasa caught a moisture reading our own testing missed and re-specified the underlayment before we poured. That single call saved the owner a mitigation claim and about six weeks.

They quote fast, they answer the phone, and the submittals come back formatted the way our spec asks. That is rarer than it should be.
