There is no layer of account management between our staff and our clients. Whoever quotes a job answers for it through closeout, which means the work carries actual ownership and actual consequences. That suits some people and not others.

We are based entirely in Northbrook — the office and warehouse are the same building. Estimating and specification roles are hybrid after a six-month ramp; warehouse and field roles are on site.

Open positions

Quantity takeoff from construction documents, vendor pricing, quote assembly and submittal preparation. Three or more years in flooring, drywall or interiors estimating preferred. Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff experience valued. Salary range $68,000–$88,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.

Owns purchase orders, delivery scheduling, dye-lot tracking and daily contractor communication from release through closeout. Construction administration background required; Spanish fluency a plus. Salary range $58,000–$72,000.

Receiving, inspection, staging and load-out. Sit-down and reach forklift certification required or obtained within 30 days. Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. $22–$27 per hour plus overtime.

On-site oversight of installation crews, moisture and flatness testing, daily reporting and punch resolution. OSHA 30 required. Vehicle allowance provided. Salary range $75,000–$95,000.
