The pavilion could not close a single exam room during business hours. We broke the scope into nine weekend phases, pre-staged material by wing in our Northbrook warehouse, and ran ICRA containment on every shift. Moisture testing on the third floor came back at 92% RH, so the underlayment was re-specified to a two-part epoxy mitigation system before any adhesive went down.

Carpet tile, polished concrete and acoustic wall felt across two floors of an 1897 timber-frame building with a notoriously uneven slab. Flatness survey drove a 4,800 sq. ft. self-levelling scope that we identified during takeoff rather than during installation. All carpet was ordered in a single dye run to avoid the shading issues that had affected a previous phase.

Public-area porcelain and 148 guest-room flooring packages on a 22-week construction schedule.
Large-format porcelain in the lobby and bar required pattern layout drawings and a full mock-up panel before release. Guest rooms were packaged floor by floor, each pallet labelled by room number, so the installer never opened material for a floor that was not ready. Two containers were delayed at port; alternates were priced within 48 hours and the schedule held.

Ten weeks between the last day of school and the first day of fall athletics. Substrate moisture, ambient temperature and cure windows all had to be scheduled backwards from the athletics calendar. Game-line striping and logo work were completed in the final eleven days.

210,000 sq. ft. of joint repair, densification and line striping in an operating fulfilment facility.
Work ran on second and third shift around active pick operations. Roughly 3,400 linear feet of control joints were routed and filled with semi-rigid epoxy, the slab was densified and burnished, and the entire aisle and safety-zone marking layout was reapplied to an updated racking plan.
