This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. It applies to grupofevasa.com and to email and telephone enquiries arising from it. It does not apply to third-party websites we may link to.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete the quote request form, the careers application form, or contact us by email or telephone, we collect the details you choose to provide. These typically include your name, company name, job role, work email address, telephone number, project location, project type, approximate square footage, and the content of your message. Job applicants additionally provide employment history and any information contained in a resume they send us.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data for every request: IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status code, referring page, and browser user-agent string. This is generated by the web server and is used for security monitoring, error diagnosis and abuse prevention.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. Details are set out in our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account details, health information or biometric data through this website. Please do not submit such information through our web forms. Credit applications and payment details are handled offline through direct correspondence.

• Understanding site usage — aggregate analytics, only where you have accepted optional cookies.
• Legal and accounting obligations — retaining records where United States federal or Illinois state law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use the information you give us to send unsolicited marketing.

4. Advertising and measurement

We advertise our services online, including through search advertising platforms such as Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads. Where advertising or conversion-measurement technologies are active on this site, they operate only after you have accepted optional cookies through our cookie banner. Their purpose is to measure whether an advertisement led to a genuine business enquiry, so that we can stop paying for advertising that does not work.

5. Sharing your information

• Manufacturers, mills and freight carriers, where a delivery address or site contact must be passed on to fulfil an order you have placed.

We do not transfer your personal information to any party for that party’s independent marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep information

Quote requests and enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within twenty-four months. Records relating to completed contracts are retained for seven years to satisfy accounting, warranty and limitation-period requirements. Job applications are retained for twelve months from receipt unless you ask us to remove them earlier, or unless employment results. Server logs are retained for up to ninety days.

7. Security

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to our email systems and business records is restricted to employees who need it, protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication. Physical records are held at our Northbrook premises in locked storage. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we review our arrangements regularly and will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities where required by Illinois or federal breach-notification law.

8. Your rights and choices

You may ask us at any time to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to provide a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Requests should be sent to careers@grupofevasa.com or by post to the address at the foot of this page, and we will respond within forty-five days.

Residents of United States states with comprehensive privacy legislation, and individuals located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, may have additional statutory rights including the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We extend the substance of these rights to all enquirers as a matter of policy rather than distinguishing by location. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

9. Children

This website is directed at construction, design and facility-management professionals. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen. 11. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least thirty days. Continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
